TAHITI PARTNERS’ affiliated partnership holds 4.5 acres of finished, commercial pads, which it built out in connection with its development, construction and leasing of a 38,000 sf building for the County of Riverside, CA. The 4.5 acres will be developed as a mixed-use commercial project. All infrastructure is in place including public works, Art-in-Public Places art, and utility services.
